- File must be 100 MB max and in one of the following formats: JPG, TIFF, PDF.
SO WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
- You’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know that we got your project.
- Let the takeoff fun begin!
- We’ll email back the takeoff files. Normally it’s a color-coded PDF and an Excel file. If you’re a Measure Square user, you’ll also get back the .fez file.
- NOTE: If the files are too large for email, you will need to get set up on our portal, Nifty PM.
Is the first one free?
No, you’ll receive an invoice for every project. If the project is going to be over $500, we may also require a deposit.
If you’d like to see our work, we can share some sample projects with you.
what kind of job should we start with?
We suggest starting on the smaller side for the first project. Although our turnaround is pretty quick, we also recommend NOT starting with a rush job.
Even though that’s probably the reason you reached out in the first place, it takes a few jobs for us to get used to each other. Plus, you’ll want to account for some extra review time in the beginning.

Of course!
We include a Loom video walking through the takeoff with the first few projects, but you are always welcome to set up a review time with us.
