Fill out the form below and upload the plans you’d like us to use for your first takeoff.
- Allow at least 72 hours for turnaround time.
- Let us know below what scope you would like covered.
- File must be 100 MB max and in one of the following formats: JPG, TIFF, PDF.
SO WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
- You’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know that we got your project. We’ll also give you a follow up call to make sure it came through ok. It can end up in your spam folder a lot of the time!
- Let the takeoff fun begin!
- We’ll email back the takeoff files. Normally it’s a color-coded PDF and an Excel file. If you’re a Measure Square user, you’ll also get back the .fez file.
- NOTE: If the files are too large for email, we will send them back in a Sharepoint link.
Is the first one free?
We invoice every project, whether it’s the 1st or the 100th. If the project is going to be over $500, we may also ask for a deposit up front.
If you’d like to see our work, we can share some sample projects with you.
what kind of job should we start with?
We suggest something on the smaller side for the first project together. In our experience, a large project with a quick turnaround is not a great starting point.
You’re probably reaching out to us because you need something done in a hurry, but we’d rather meet your expectations than your deadline.

Of course!
We include a Loom video walking through the takeoff with the first few projects, but you are always welcome to set up a review time with us.
